We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Responding to a request for a quote – legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Conclusion and performance of a contract – legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting) – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Our legitimate interest (pursuing claims, archiving) – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Marketing communications (only with separate consent) – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
3. Categories of Processed Data
We process the data you provide to us:
first and last name, company name, tax ID number,
email address, phone number,
mailing address / registered office address,
content of the inquiry sent,
technical data (IP address, cookies – see section 7).
4. Recipients of the data
Your data may be disclosed to:
entities processing data on our behalf (hosting, email, CRM, accounting firm) – based on data processing agreements,
public authorities, if required by law (tax office, Social Insurance Institution, etc.).
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Transfer of Data Outside the EEA
As a general rule, we do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If we use the services of providers outside the EEA (e.g., Google Analytics), data is transferred on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Data retention period
Inquiries without a contract: up to 6 months from the last contact.
Contract data: for the duration of the contract + 5 years (accounting and tax obligations).
Data related to claims: until the statute of limitations expires (max. 6 years).
Data based on consent: until consent is withdrawn.
